EFT is great tool for removing negative beliefs.
There is a wide range of negative beliefs, and one of the major pitfalls that they provide is the fact that they don’t exist. Lot of times we are not aware that we are talking about our belief system rather we call them a generally accepted facts.
It is not bad from time to time revise our beliefs. Think carefully about what is making good to you and what makes damage.
As once we accepted, we are free to change it afterwards. There are many way to do it, EFT is one of them.
